Once you purchase this service, you will receive the shipping address or local drop-off/pick-up instructions within 24 hours.

Your revamped unit will be ready 5-10 business days after it has been received.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 3 days and we’ll work with you to make it right.
To ensure the best fit, please refer to our head measuring guide before placing your order. Once your unit arrives, try it on before cutting the lace. If the unit doesn’t fit and the lace is completely uncut, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange within 30 days for the correct size.

- Use a wide-tooth comb. Detangle before wetting.
- Soak in warm water with a light, sulfate-free shampoo. Do not scrub.
- Deep condition and hang to air dry—avoid heat unless using a protectant.
